This was a perfect spot for our family vacation. Easy access to the pool area and splash pad. My little grandkids love riding the scooters around the pool perimeter and the back patio was a perfect place for me to keep an eye on them and "time" them. Such a great location. The beds were super nice and comfy. Plenty of space at the table for all of us as well. It was a super great place to spend the weekend. Very clean. My grandkids wanted to stay longer!!!

This condo unit was so comfortable, clean, and convenient. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and most of our games were at the Shivwits Legacy Fields outside Ivins, so this location for our family and many of the families from our team was perfect. The pool/hot tub and pickleball courts are great amenities, proximity to Harmons and a handful of restaurants (Meraki Greek Grill was our favorite) was a nice bonus, and the owners/managers were really helpful and communicative. We will definitely come back!

This Airbnb is a great location and has great access to all fun activities, restaurants, and is a quiet neighborhood and area. Having the pool, slide, and hot tub right outside the Airbnb is an amazing amenity. The rental is spacious, well stocked with everything you need, and comfortable. Highly recommend this rental!

The home was nice and was a great location for our stay. There were a few minor inconveniences and the pool/spa was cold or not working. The hosts are excellent and very helpful. We hope to use Red Sands again.

This was the perfect place for our Girls' Trip. Great location for pool and hot tub accessibility. Very clean and spacious bedrooms with plenty of bathroom space for all of us. Plenty of seating around table and counter AND the outside patio. Perfect in every way! We will be back for sure!!!!

My family and I loved staying at Ocotillo Springs 3. The place is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, too, being right next to the pool area. Red Sands Vacation Properties sent very helpful communications both before and during our stay and the check in and check out process was very simple. It was certainly one of the more relaxing vacation accommodations I've experienced and we will definitely look to stay at Ocotillo Springs 3 again in the future.

We had a wonderful visit to Southern Utah. This condo has a lot of amenities that made our stay complete! Hot tub, pool, ping pong, Nintendo switch and a TV in every room gave the kids a lot to do and parents some quiet time. We highly recommend a stay if you’re looking for some time to explore and relax in St George.

This home was perfect for our family. It is right next to the community pool, so we could watch our kids swim while relaxing on the patio. The resort was relaxing, and there were a bunch of hiking trails to enjoy with the family. We definitely will be coming back.
