It was wonderful. There was plenty of stuff to do that kept everyone entertained. Hardly anyone touched a device or even watched TV. The grocery store was only 3 minutes away and the kitchen was well equipped. The house is well suited for game playing and the community pool was awesome for the kids. LOVED the hot tub. It got a lot of use. In the end, it was nice to have a space where everyone could be together. We had 18 people, and it did not feel crowded at all. We could not have done a hotel for this price and in no way could we have been as comfortable. Before we left, we already decided on a date for our next visit. THANK YOU!

My group had an amazing time making memories. The rooms were large, plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen was spacious and had plenty of space to cook for a big group. We had such a good time with or group of 22 girls. Thank you for allowing us to stay and I recommend it fully!

This house was great for our family reunion. The large bunk room worked well for all the cousins. The large table in the kitchen has big enough for adults to play games, when kids went to bed. We also enjoyed the water park which was just across the street, and the water fall pool. We went to a show at Tuacon that was only 20 minutes away. Fun time.

Overall an excellent facility for gathering. There were a few little things that could/should have been better but for us they were little things and did not distract from enjoying the facility and related activities.

We had a wonderful family trip with all our kids and grandkids. The house was very beautiful and spacious. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the ping pong table, basketball game and hot tub on the deck. We were able to fit all the adults (12) around the huge table for game night. So fun! We had a total of 23 and never felt crowded. The kids loved having their own hang out area upstairs and sleeping all together in the bunk room. The splash pad, slides and lazy river was a blast. We’ll definitely be back!

This is the second year in a row we have come to Paradise Village St George. Everything was absolutely wonderful from the place we stayed to the fun swims areas. All the staff, workers were great. If we had any questions, needed help or assistance with anything they were right there. We plan on coming back again next year as well! We made great memories together as a family

We spent a four-day weekend at this property. My parents, siblings, and our children. 18 people in all, and it was fantastic. The home is spacious, well laid out, well furnished, well decorated, and very comfortable and uplifting. The kitchen is also excellent and had everything we needed to cook for everyone. The management was proactive, attentive, and accommodating to our questions, needs, and requests. The home was very, very clean and the linens and towels fresh and plentiful. And the neighborhood waterpark was a dream come true for the kids. We had an excellent time and will be back.

We had six adult males in town for a week long golf trip. This house worked great for us with the six bedrooms (even though one was a bunk room) and each bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen and sitting areas are spacious and well appointed. Plenty of kitchen utensils for a large crowd. The grill was in very good shape as was the hot tub. The house was very clean and we had no complaints. The TVs in the house are great and we did figure out how to connect the Roku to our home cable system, so it worked out fine. All in all this is an excellent property!

Thank you for having us. We celebrated my niece's 1st birthday in Utah. It was everyone's first time there so it was nice to see a different scenery, coming from California. The area was beautiful as well as the home we stayed in. So big and lots of space. The kids loved the pool playground, lazy river and their own ping pong table. We went to the Zion mountains for a hike for one day and then to the Lake at the Sand Hollow for the day. We had so much fun, we didn't want to leave. We actually extended one more day of our stay as we were tired of all the activities we did and needed one day to relax and enjoy the day without running around. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your home. We will be back next time.

Such a perfect house. One of the cleanest we’ve ever rented. The bathroom/bedroom ratio was perfect and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The huge kitchen table made mealtime so fun because we could all eat together and then it was perfect for all of us to play games together. The best part was the instant communication with the property manager. Extremely helpful. Lovely home.

This house is in a great community with fun pools and pickleball courts. The house itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Our kids loved the bunk room! There was plenty of extra bedding. Every cupboard and light switch is labeled which was very helpful. The hot tub was great and the patio has a nice sitting area. We would definitely go back.

This house exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and organized. Beautifully decorated!! It definitely could comfortably sleep 30 guests. There were plenty of activities for the kids to do indoors, and it was a very short walk to the water park/pool. It's a wonderful community of homes, majority vacation rentals, which made it an overall friendly experience. The house itself had everything labeled, which I personally loved. The cleanliness was most ideal. It's absolutely a 5-star home. The only drawback, which was not a reflection on the home at all, was at the water park. We had one unpleasant experience when visiting that area. Although there isn't always someone on duty, nor any lifeguards, during the day there are a couple of people working the concession shop, etc. The home has keys to pool gates for easy access; despite this, when entering the water park, there was a white woman who immediately questioned us and our guests if we had bracelets for entry. Which we did, as the home also had these provided for us. We showed our bracelets and ensured the other adults among our group had them as well. However, we noticed she did not question any other people for theirs, nor checked them when they entered. We did feel discriminated on, in comparison to others that visited the water park. Again, this is no reflection on the rental home itself, as we had a wonderful stay in the house. There is also a park within walking distance, but we did not venture over, as it was quite warm out. I noticed several neighbors out on bikes and enjoying the trail that goes around the community. Beds, kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, etc - all beautiful and comfortable! We would definitely return again and highly recommend it to others. - Thank you again to the team that assisted us from the start with answering questions.

This luxurious home far exceeded our expectations. I was surprised at the thoughtful check-in gift waiting for us from the friendly host. The home is brand new and immaculate. The furniture is top-grade and very comfortable and the beautiful art work evokes a relaxing environment. The home is very large and would comfortably sleep over 30 people. There are many spaces inside for gathering and playing games and the back patio is a perfect venue for barbecuing and relaxing in the private hot tub. TVs connected to Dish Network were everywhere. Paradise Village 97 is the perfect setting for a family reunion or a home base for a sports team that may be in town for a tournament. With the pools, pickelball courts, volleyball court and city park all within a 1-minute walk from the home, you will never be bored. Snow Canyon and Tuachan are about a 10-minute drive and Zions is accessible in about an hour. We loved the nearby beautiful Harmon's grocery store and enjoyed being close enough to St. George and it's restaurants while still being out of the busy traffic. I am already looking at my calendar and planning my next visit to this home!

Everything was set up perfect to accommodate our group of 25 and we had a thoughtful gift basket waiting for us with some snacks and essentials for our stay. We loved having access to the pool and hot tub at Paradise village and enjoyed spending many hours there. The AC was not working during our first day there and the freezer and ice maker were having troubles but we had a great response from the Red Sands team who sent out someone to fix it immediately. Many wonderful memories were made at this lovely home!

The service was great. Had a minor maintenance issue and they came right out and took care of it. The suites had great memory foam beds and big screen tv's with cable, Netflix, etc. Nice big kitchen and dining area where you can gather together. Kids loved the ping pong table and the mini basketball game. Had 2 large gathering rooms with giant flat-screens. It's centrally located between town and Tuacahn. It was perfect for our family reunion.

We had such a great stay at this unit, it was sparkling clean and had all the amenities you need. We did have a large group that basically maxed out capacity and the only part of the house that was less than ideal was the fact that there was only one side by side fridge/freezer. We had brought coolers with us that allowed us to keep our food for such a large party cold so it wasn't that big of a deal but it was more of a hassle to go get new ice each day to ensure our food didn't go bad. Besides that, we had wonderful and timely communication with the host and loved the community the home was in!

We had so much fun!! The boys were in love with pingpong!! We also loved the hot tub. My daughter loved the fun chairs. It was definitely great for a family with older children (my youngest is eleven). This was during quarantine time so we tried to get everything we needed in one place so we didn't need to be around people. We were excited about the amazing community pool but didn't get to use it because it was closed. There weren't really any games there but we brought our own. Overall, we had a ton of fun and it was a great space!! Thank you!!

We stayed at Paradise Village in St George and it was amazing! The family room was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to sit. The kitchen area was perfect for a large group and everything was brand new. Every bedroom had its own bathroom! We were literally just a few yards from the pool area with an awesome lazy river and fun water slides. The home has its own hot tub and bbq, with a cute balcony up top and a nice outdoor table on the main patio. We loved the walking trails and park nearby. This was the perfect home for our whole family to vacation together.
