Great stay!

by Janice 2025-08-18

5/5

Everything was comfortable and decorated nicely. The area is quite and an easy drive to places we had planned to visit. The only thing I noticed that needs attention was the location of the makeup only washcloths. The dark colored washcloths were placed in the powder room. I did not see them until the second day. There is a label for them on a shelf in one of the primary bedrooms, but it was empty.

Janice, thank you so much for sharing your detailed feedback with us! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the comfort of the home and the convenient location for your trip. We truly appreciate you mentioning the note about the makeup washcloths, this is very helpful and we’ll be sure to review the placement so they’re easier for guests to find in the future. We hope to welcome you back again for another relaxing stay!🤗 -Red Sands Vacations

Nice clean house. Easy check in/check out process. Quick access to highway. Mistakenly booked the wrong dates and while they weren’t able to fully refund the incorrect reservation, the manager was able to refund Red Sands portion.

Wonderful place!

We loved this place! Loved the layout, loved the amount of bathrooms, loved the private hot tub, loved the kitchen/great room, loved the pickle ball courts! We would come back here in the future! Loved everything about this place! I didn’t want to come home!

Everything we needed for a fabulous stay!

by Amber 2022-08-02

Unit 40 was impeccable. Beautiful, relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy time together (and apart when needed :) We hosted a family dinner with 15 people and there was room for everyone and all the kitchen necessities for preparing and serving the meal. The pool and clubhouse were top-notch as well. The slide and splash pad were a fun diversion for the kids. It does get BUSY in the afternoon but was quieter in the morning and evening. Just a fantastic stay all-around with very responsive management and easy check-in and checkout. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Spring Break Special

by Laura 2022-03-26

Everything we wanted and more. Very clean and in a great location. Close to the club house and pool. Close to Harmons to grab everything we forgot. 2 families with a total of 4 adults and 9 kids and we had plenty of room.

Beautiful and clean

by Tori 2022-03-25

The house was clean when we got there. Check in and check out was simple and easy. We took razors and had plenty of room for our trailers and big trucks in the extra parking lot. There was plenty for our young kids and teenagers to do. The club house, pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts kept everyone entertained. We had an issue with the stove not getting gas to it but red sands property management texted back immediately and had a repair man in there right away. Turns out the gas switch just needed to be turned on. The boys loved the triple bunk room. Plenty of room for 6 teens. We will be back.

Ocotillo Springs 40 was a great place to stay. The house was beautiful, comfortable, well furnished, and very clean. Great location and easy access to Snow Canyon and lots of biking trails. Our kids loved the swimming pool, hot tub, and pickleball court. Red Sands were easy to work with. Would highly recommend staying here.
