Excellent
This home was clean, large and very functional for our family. The pool was clean and was well used and adequate size for our family of 24. We would rent it again.

Sand Hollow 3808 Description
Red Desert Villa at Sand Hollow Resort
Get ready to live your best desert life at Red Desert Villa, a luxury oasis in the heart of Hurricane, Utah. This incredible home was designed for unforgettable getaways, where movie nights meet poolside lounging, and every corner was made for comfort, laughter, and connection. Step inside and discover a world of fun and relaxation. The spacious family room features an 85" 4K TV with surround sound, perfect for cheering on your favorite team or enjoying cozy movie nights. Want the full theater experience? Head to the private cinema room, complete with a massive 120" movie screen and surround sound that’ll make you feel like you’re at the theater (but with better snacks). The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, stocked with high-end appliances, double ovens, a warming drawer, and an induction cooktop. Plus, there’s a commercial ice maker, extra fridge, and freezer in the garage, because you can never have too many cold drinks by the pool.
Take the party outside to 1,300 square feet of covered patio and deck space, where you’ll find plenty of seating for everyone, room for 24 guests, to be exact. Grill up dinner on the Traeger smoker or gas BBQ, gather around the fire table for s’mores and stories, or cool off in your private swimming pool and spa (with a relaxing shamu shelf for lounging in the sun). As the sun sets, play a few yard games, roast marshmallows by the portable fire pit, or just unwind under the desert stars. If you’re here in season, don’t forget to pick a few fresh raspberries from the backyard garden — a sweet touch to your Southern Utah escape. With enough space to comfortably sleep 42 guests, Red Desert Villa is perfect for family reunions, group getaways, or retreats. In addition to the main home’s spacious suites and cozy bunk areas, six of the guests will enjoy their stay in the private casita next door. This beautifully designed two-story casita offers three bedrooms, two upstairs and one on the main level, along with kitchenettes on both floors and a comfortable living room with smart TVs. Each bedroom also features its own smart TV, giving guests the perfect mix of privacy and entertainment. Between the main house and casita, the property offers three full kitchens, ideal for cooking big family dinners or hosting group meals with ease. Book your stay at Red Desert Villa today and experience the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and Southern Utah adventure — where every stay feels like a celebration!
