The house was beautiful and well maintained. Super comfortable beds and amazing pool. We spent more time in the pool than we did exploring. Loved that they have an industrial ice machine, made it super easy to fill the cooler and take off for the day. We will definitely stay at here next trip.

One of my best stays, the rec center was open so the kids were able to play at the splash pad and wave pool. We always love staying at this home, it's immaculate and has our favorite pool and slide. We'll be back soon and will bring the cousins. This house is so great for kids.

Our group of 20 (ages 2 - 72) couldn't stop raving about this house! It was perfect! The pool and slide was the biggest hit (even when it was windy, rainy, and cool outside). They have entertainment down to a T! The location of the house worked out perfect for us - we could ride our SxS's and 4-wheelers right from the house to the trails in Sand Hollow. The only negative is that I don't think we will ever be able to top this trip.

This was one amazing house! The house was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen/dining/family room was monstrous and so much space for the 8 of us to hang out, cook, and watch TV. The pool was the best part, especially with the water slide. Pool was set a 88 degrees before we got there so was perfect for us to use. Loved how we can sit in the pool/hottub and watch football games on the pool TV. I would definitely come back here for our follow up golf trip.

Our golf group really enjoyed the amenities, location and comfort of the home. The pool/hot tub was fantastic and the beds were extremely comfortable. We have already talked about taking a return trip in the next few years. I will highly recommend this place to friends that may visit.

Everything was great for our Golf trip. Pool and ice machine was a huge plus and advantage to staying at the house. The industrial fridges were great to store our drinks. We didn't cook much other than breakfast. There's so much room where people had the option to congregate at the family room or pool or have some quest time at their respective rooms.
I tend to like self service and check in and all that stuff so the correspondence via email was great. Thanks again!

Our stay at the Pecan Valley 5205 house was amazing. We had a family reunion weekend and everyone was very impressed with the finishes in the home, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and supplies. Every room has a corresponding bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. Definitely would recommend this home for any similar gathering.

We absolutely loved this house! My family of 14 (7 adults, 7 kids ranging from 1-16) takes a trip every other summer together so we have stayed in a lot of large short term rentals. This one was by far the best! There are 6 king rooms with en suites so the 2 oldest kids had their own rooms plus 2 large bunk rooms for the younger kids. There were rollaway beds and pack and plays everywhere so we could have comfortably doubled our crew.
There were more accommodations in this house than we have ever experienced in a rental - plenty of dishes we didn't need paper or plastic goods at all, 2 washers/dryers, commercial refrigerator/freezer in the garage, commercial ice machine, vitamix for smoothies, books for kids, blankets everywhere, tons of pool towels, pool toys, plenty of outdoor seating... I could go on and on! Not to mention the incredible garage and all the activities available - 4 gaming consoles, life-sized chess (we played soooo many rounds of chess), ping pong, foosball, corn hole, putt putt. We literally used and played with it all in our downtime when we weren't hiking.
The pool was a bit cold despite >100* temps in the breeze, so I would recommend paying to heat it but ultimately, we still got great use out of it. The upstairs balconies are perfect for star gazing, and there is a balcony out of nearly every room to take in the gorgeous mountain views.
The location was really great for us as well! We drove to Zion National Park several days (~40 minutes), Snow Canyon once (~20 minutes), and Bryce Canyon National Park (~2h15m). The house is only 20 minutes from the SGU airport and 7 minutes from the nearest Walmart. WM grocery delivery was not available yet during our stay since the address is very new, but it was close enough we didn't mind at all.
Additionally, Red Sands was wonderful! We really didn't need any assistance during our stay but the couple of times I called, they were very responsive and helpful.
Book this house, you won't regret it!

5205 was such a beautiful home! We did experience some issues while there, but the Red Sands group promptly responded to all of our concerns to get them resolved. We would definitely like to stay at this house again next year.

This was the house I rented for my Bachelor Party & it was the best decision I could have made. Obvioulsy, there are a ton of places to rent around the St. George area, but we made the decision to have our own space. With enough bedrooms to fit 12 guys comfortbaly & everyone having their own bathroom pretty much, it was perfect. Th
The pool area is obviously a highlight with the fireplaces adding a great touch when the sun went down. Aslo, having the gaming consoles in the garage made us bring back some video game memories when we were kids. Everyone guy was so impressed with the space, comfort, & how we had everthing we needed around the house. I would for sure book is place if you have a larger party. Pay a little more than other places, but you won't regret it when it's all said & done. Thank you so much for helping making my trip unforgettable!

Absolutely beautiful home. We have a few kids and they said this was the best vacation ever! They spent every waking moment in the pool. The pool slide was amazing and it was so nice to have a heated pool in the cooler weather. Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in away from home. We absolutely will stay here again next year.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pecan Valley! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The communication was seamless, and Redsand was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, providing clear instructions and great local tips. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (and I mean everything!). The location was ideal—close to Yogi Bear, Zion and restaurants. I felt right at home and truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Every room was equipped with its own private bathroom which made our group extra comfortable. The pool with a slide and waterfall was top notch and we appreciated having two spas, one in the pool but also a private spa upstairs to watch the stars. There was plenty for the children to do while we worked away and enjoyed the fast internet. The children really enjoyed the game room, mini golf, the pool and the giant chess. There was ample space for our large gathering and no detail was left out. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top tier, luxurious, and memorable stay. Would definitely book again!

This property was beautiful, my family had a wonderful time! There were so many fun things for all of us to do. The pool was absolutely amazing, the waterslide and jumping rock entertained the kids and adults everyday. The game room had so many options; pool, video games, axe throwing (plastic, lol), chess. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bath and the bunk beds allowed all the kids to sleep in one room. Our family group was able to sit and eat together inside or outside, so many choices. There was a well stocked kitchen and pantry.
Red Sands was great to work with. Any questions or concerns were immediately responded to. We highly recommend this home for your family. Definitely a 5 star rating!

This place was so good for our group of 16 for our annual AGI Golf Tournament. Everything was in great shape, we had everything we needed and Red Sands were so great to work with, responding when ever we had questions through out our stay. The house was amazing and the pool was even better as that's where we spent most of our time away from golf. Everything was clean and there was more than enough stocked for our large group. We will definitely be coming back to Hurricane and would most definitely stay at this same place or rent from Red Sands again. Thank you.

Everything has been thought of in this immaculate home. We stayed here for a retreat for an extended weekend and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the accommodations. The pool, the slide, the hot tubs (yes, 2!), and all of the rooms and bathrooms were perfect for a huge group. There was plenty of everything you could need (blankets, suitcase stands, storage, etc) and everyone was comfortable. The views were gorgeous. This is a no brainer - you won’t regret booking here!!

From the moment we walked in, the cleanliness and freshness were unmistakable – it's like stepping into a brand-new haven. The pool is amazing. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the flames on, but it was still pretty epic. We found ourselves spending more time there than planned. The kids loved jumping off the cliffs. The beds and sheets were the epitome of comfort – like a dreamy cloud. And when it comes to activities, this place has it all. Whether you're into lounging or exploring, there's something for everyone. The size of this rental is downright impressive, perfect for accommodating multiple families with its abundance of beds and bunk rooms. It's like a haven for kinfolk gatherings. Redsands is a delight – super nice and a breeze to work with, adding a personal touch to our stay. Each room feels like its own sweet retreat, meticulously set up with thoughtful details. Hands down, the best stay I've ever had in Utah. The style of the place adds an extra layer of beauty to the whole experience. Wow, guys, let me tell you about the coolest place we just crashed at in Hurricane, Utah! This short-term rental was off the charts amazing! First things first, the place was brand spanking new – like, I could practically smell the fresh paint. It had a pool that was basically a water park. I'm talking a massive rock slide – you know, the kind you only see in movies – making me feel like a big kid again. Two jacuzzis! Yes, you heard me right. So, when the rock slide action got too much, We could chill out in one of those bad boys and soak away all the excitement. Now, the rooms – oh my days! It was like they took sweet setup lessons from the hospitality gods! Each room felt like its own little kingdom – total privacy. I've never stayed anywhere where the rooms were so pimped out. I seriously felt like royalty. The bunk rooms were probably one of the biggest hits for the younger ones. GREAT location. This place was in the heart of awesome. Close to the park entrance, not to far from down town and just 7 mins away from the cleanest Walmart I've been in. Convenience level – expert. BEST part for the teens (and a few of us more mature people) The garage was turned into a legit gaming room. Yeah, you heard me – gaming in the garage. It was like they knew my inner geek needed some love. FOUR BIG SCREENS, 2 X BOXES AND 2PS5’s. I spent way too much time battling it out in there, and it was epic. All in all, this short-term rental in Hurricane, Utah, was hands down the best spot I've ever crashed at. From the mind-blowing pool to the individual sweet rooms, awesome location, and the gaming setup in the garage – it's like they took my dream vacation checklist and nailed every single point.

This house is a total winner for large and larger gatherings! Very well designed for any type of gathering. Super clean and cozy and HUGE. The vibes that you get walking through the front door makes it super inviting. The pool is a game-changer – absolutely amazing custom work. With a bunch of fun activities and easily the best stay we’ve had in Utah. This place is an awesome spot for any group looking to kick back, relax, and have a blast. We will definitely be coming back. You could easily fit 6 large families in here and have plenty of elbow room. Highly recommend, especially for larger groups or multi family gatherings.
