Mountain View Retreat is a beautiful 5 bedrooms / 5 bath that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests or up to 16 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. The expansive fully equipped kitchen, grill, indoor & outdoor dining, and outdoor lounge areas make hosting family & friends a breeze. Spend your days lounging by Paradise Village’s resort-style pool, swimming at the waterpark, or challenging each other to ping pong and spike ball tournaments! Take advantage of the many bike paths right out your front door and explore southern Utah on the bikes provided. Host a game night playing one of the many board and card games provided or challenging each other to games on the PS4. Grab your roasting sticks and some marshmallows to head up to the balcony to watch the sunset over the desert mountains while making a delicious smore! At the end of a long day, relax your muscles in your private hot tub under the starry night sky. Great time in St George area

Our stay at this property provided every thing we hoped for. There were four adults on a golf/biking trip. Each of us had our own room and bathroom. It's located in a newer neighborhood. It is a quiet and clean area. Would stay there again if I were looking for a place to stay in the area.

Softball Tournament

We had 7 members of our team stay at the house for 3 nights. Incredibly, I heard NO negative comments from any of them! The only issue we had was the door code not working when we arrived. It was taken care of by management immediately.

Perfect for our family

My family loved our resort stay in Santa Clara. The grandkids loved the pool, slides and lazy river. We all loved the hot tub. The family room was perfect for our large family and with each room having its own bathroom, we had personal space and independence as well. The rooftop fire pit and lounge was the perfect place to watch the sunrise and relax after sundown. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room for cooking and eating. Santa Clara provided easy access to our planned events in St George. We hope to return to Paradise Village 120 soon!

Great home for a group!

House was in great condition, and the communication with the Red Sands staff was amazing. They were just a text away with any questions we had, and they reached out to us when a neighboring unit was having a WiFi issue to make sure ours wasn't having an issue as well. The waterpark was so fun, and never too crowded. The subdivision was busy for Spring break, but didn't feel overly crowded with people, cars, etc. This is our 3rd stay at Paradise Village and we will continue to come back! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! We stayed over Christmas and there was plenty of space for everyone. The living room area is huge and we all loved having our own bathrooms. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked well. Having a hot tub at the house was a favorite for everyone. The house is also super close to the pool area and a ton of pool towels are provided. We had an issue with the WiFi one day and they sent help out immediately to fix the problem. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this home and are so glad we stayed here for Labor Day. Wonderful communication and description of the place as well as a wide range of amenities. The house is well cared for and they were clear instructions of how to check out. We will definitely stay here again.

Great home in great location

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home during the week of July 24. It is in a newer community with great amenities. There are multiple pools, a clubhouse with exercise room, etc. that were a ton of fun throughout our stay. The house is clean and taken care of. The beds were great. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook our own meals there on several of the nights. The location is within a mile or two of Tuacahn and Snow Canyon Parks. Overall, it was a great location and great property and we would highly recommend it.

Fun Family Getaway

Super fun, clean home w/ plenty of room for guests or grandkids. 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, large great area, big kitchen, hot tub, back patio and fun sitting area with propane fire pit on the roof. Also within steps of fun "water-park" type swim area. The pool had slides, lazy river, wading areas and plenty of loungers and it is reserved for guests only. Close to Tuachan, Zion national park, shopping, great dining and walking paths & hikes.

We had small hiccups with bikes, but otherwise we (16) had a great time. House was plenty big enough for each family to have there own room and bathroom too! Very close to Tuacahn theater, which was part of our vacation plans. I would book here again.

We had an amazing time. Property is clean. All of the bedrooms have a bathroom and tv. Fun pool area. Close to Snow Canyon for some hiking. Close to Zions and Sand Hollow. Went with friends and all of the kids had a blast sleeping in the bunk bed room.

Perfect for Combined Families

We loved our stay in this beautiful, new, clean, comfortable place! Each family had their own room and their own bathroom. The kitchen/family room/dining room combination was so spacious that all families could fit without being cramped at all. The pool in the complex was just a short walk away and was a refreshing enjoyment for all. A favorite spot at this home was the upstairs balcony patio where comfortable outdoor furniture allowed us to enjoy the view of sky and mountains. We will be back!

We loved staying at this house. It was very clean. The rooms were big and everyroom had a bathroom. It was only a short walk to the pool. Our favorite part was the deck on top. We would recommend this to a friend and will most definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in several condo/house rentals over the years. I can honestly say this was the best place we have stayed. We had 8 adults and 5 children and it was perfect. I honestly don't have a negative thing to say about this house! The bed configuration was exactly what we needed. The living space was great. Having a hot tub was such a wonderful bonus. We would definitely rent this house again and would recommend it to others!!

We came down with friends for a weekend to hike and visit and this property was great. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was perfect. The hot tub and patio was fun for lounging and chilling out.

Best House Ever!

This home has 5 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom with all showers and 2 have bathtubs! It was amazing to have this space! One of the bedrooms is a bunk room and yes it has its own bathroom!! The kitchen, dining room , and great room was absolutely perfect to gather in and enjoy each others company! We loved it! If i were to go again to this property I would bring my own dishtowels and dish cloths. There were only 3 dish towels provided and no dish cloths anywhere. There were ample garbage bags provided. Plenty of pool towels as well! What a beautiful home! We loved our stay and enjoyed the atmosphere so much! The pool is a 3-4 minute walk and we had so much fun in the upper heated pool! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent facility and comfortable accommodations

The facility was very new and well maintained. The property manager dropped off a welcoming gift and things like paper towels / toilet paper were supplied (those and other items provided here were our responsibility in other condos we rented). The place was very clean. The only problem we had was getting regular programming on the main TV. However, we were out of the condo most of the time so it wasn't a big inconvenience.

We loved working with Red Sands. The maintenance worker was out within 20 minutes of us talking about the problem with the management. The house was exceptionally clean and incredibly well-stocked. The welcome basket was just icing on the cake. Thank you so much for the stay! :)

We were in St. George for the NJCAA Division I National Softball Championship. This house was perfect for our group!! Lots of room, loads of privacy, washer/dryer with Tide Pods, great rooftop patio with luxury furnishings, a quality gas grill, great quality kitchen appliances, even basic kitchen spices! All the furnishings and linens were so nice. The house comes with 4 bikes and helmets and a great neighborhood pool area. We discovered pickleball equipment in the house, a nearby pickleball court and it was so much fun! Board games and even PS4 games are included!! Fast response from management on any questions we had. So very happy we chose this place and I can't wait to return!!

Place was Amazing

Our stay couldn't have been any better! We arrived at about 9pm and had a small problem getting in, but when I called they answered very quickly and fixed it immediately! The place was amazing, and they even left a few things for us (water bottles, popcorn, watermelon, and sunscreen). We will DEFINITELY come back and want to stay here!

High School Friends had a reunion and we stayed in Paradise Village #120. It was so beautiful and so clean. There were gifts sitting on the island when we entered the home, so inviting. It was wonderful to have a bathroom in each bedroom. Everyone did not want to leave and go home ha. We are defiantly gong to do this again next year.

We rented this house for a girl's weekend and it was perfect! There was plenty of room and the house was stocked with everything we needed. We loved hanging out on the roof deck. The location was great for all of our activities.

Paradise Village 120. This was our first time using Red Sands. We booked through VRBO but it was managed by Red Sands (next time we will go straight to Red Sands). The house was clean and very well taken care of. Everything was provided - including pickle ball paddles (we are big fans). There were misters outside that made it so enjoyable sitting on the patio in 100+ degree weather. The hot tub was very refreshing at night!! We had a couple issues getting in and with Wi-fi but Lizzie took care of it so quickly! The swimming pools were extremely crowded and dirty but we didn't go to swim so we didn't care much. Also they are opening up two new ones so I'm sure it will get better. They went the extra mile leaving a basket full of snacks, games and sunscreen! It was a great addition. We will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed this place. We had two families staying here with a wide age range between tweens and adults. Plenty of bathrooms and beds to accommodate everyone. The main area - kitchen, dining and family room - was fantastic. It felt spacious. Private rooms with bathrooms was a bonus. Public pool area was close and phenomenal. Private jacuzzi was clean and serviced regularly. We will likely return here.

We went with 5 families, each having their own bedroom and bathroom was one of the best parts. Very spacious kitchen, dining, and living room. LOTS OF beach towels. We went with a wide range of families; kids ranged anywhere from 7 years old down to 8 months. Each room had Netflix on the TV. Each family explained how perfect the arrangement was for their own family. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Our family of 9 adults and 2 children had plenty of room. We loved a bathroom with each bedroom. The common area was very big and open. We loved the 2 min walk to the lazy river and splash pad ,slides and more. We enjoyed the bike trail at the end of the street it led to a park with a small splash pad and park About 5 min ride. I was surprised they had a griddle, crockpot, and big bowls for large groups. They had plenty of beach towels. This is a quiet area and we enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were comfy the house was very clean. Red Sands were great to work with and kept us informed about payments and instructions. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay in this house.

100% respect to this company, with everything going on my sons baseball tournament was going back and forth and when I called they were willing to give me a credit instead of making me lose all my money. They didn’t have to do that and I was ready to take the loss but this will make me check their listings first any time I stay in St George which is frequently. Kudos for making customers a priority!
