Huge house with every amenity you could possibly want. Right next to the water park for kids. Extremely clean and spacious with more than enough bathrooms and showers to accommodate large families and privacy. Strongly recommend this place. Also, the most amazing hiking trails within 10 minutes of the house.

6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, pool, sport court, gaming system, fire pit, 2 balconies/decks, well appointed kitchen, next door to a waterpark. Just as fantastic as it sounds! Microwave & stove stopped working & someone came out to fix them quickly. My only suggestion to the owners would be to provide more towels, kitchen & bath & some kitchen washcloths. More garbage bags would be nice too. I also think one bedroom with two queens would be better than so many with just a king. Great stay!

The house couldn't have been more perfect for our family vacation. With the swimming pool, basketball court, pickleball court, hot tub, and fire pit on the property there was something for everyone to do from sun up until time to go to bed! The home was clean and had a king bed with a bathroom for all the married couples and plenty of other bedroom and sleeping arrangements for all 22 of us! We will definitely be back for our next family vacation !

I love so many things about this home. The spacious kitchen, the outdoor amenities, the big couches. The pool was at a pretty good temperature (I’ve had heated pools feel SO cold but this was not as bad as I thought it would be). The hottub was wonderful. I wish there were lights IN the pool area instead of relying on the sport court lights and there are no doors on the shower (understandable) nor toilet (NOT understandable). There needs to be a door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. I like that there are extra blankets. Lots of pillows. The beds were comfortable. Clearly labeled shelves with supplies. But my biggest compliment is for the Red Sands team. I was traveling solo with my five kids and two of their friends. I felt a little in over my head sometimes. I often find it frustrating that there is no one to call directly when there is an issue at an air bnb. But there is a number to call during business hours and even a number for after by hours. I appreciate this so much. Jessica at Red Sands was patient with me as I asked the silliest things. She calmly and politely answered and was kind. The dishwasher trips a breaker every time it’s run though. Maybe something to be fixed or noted for new arrivals. We extended our stay and she helped us through a miscommunication and we were able to stay that extra day. Really appreciate so much. I do love the feel of this house and the decor and ambiance. A great stay. Thank you so much.

My family had an amazing time at this vacation home. We love the large spacious kitchen and large tables for dining together as a family. The king size beds were great but most of all we appreciated the 8 bathrooms for all of the grand kids. The swimming pool was fun for the grand kids but they really enjoyed the sports court and playground area. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The Red Sands management team were very helpful and professional! Our grand kids asked if we could do this again next year.

Busy area but our family privacy secure. Really beautiful area and easy commute to activities. We are outdoors family and enjoy atv'ing in the area. Painted Pony is always a great dining treat. St. George area has been our go to place for twenty years, never disappointed. Utah is spectacular.

This is an amazing house to have a great family time in St. George. The home is immaculate and it has all of the nice extras to insure a wonderful stay. All of the games and TV's were state of the art and worked fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

There was a super nice welcome package that included some pleasant extras that we enjoyed and did not expect. The house is brand new and everything is very nice quality. The only things that were missing were hand soap in every bathroom and some dish soap for the kitchen. But it did have soap in the bed/bathrooms, just not the half baths. And the dish soap was an easy buy. Also bought some ziplock bags and plastic wrap for left over food. Very kid friendly house, we had 4 young kids (3 and under) and they loved it. They have some kid books and toys that was so nice to have for the kids. Also a cute kids table. We would love to stay here again!

We stayed in #108 for a wedding and now we all want to come back for a vacation! Such a great place to stay. There was something for everyone: hot tub, video games, books, fire pit. We loved the big couches where we could all sit and visit. We would highly recommend this house!

We loved this beautiful and very clean home. It had all the amenities we needed. We loved being steps away from the pool and hot tubs and enjoyed the large grass area to play on. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. The beds were amazingly comfortable which isn’t usually the case when staying in a rental home. We loved this home and wish we could of stayed longer.

We were excited to come but had no idea how FANTASTIC it would be!! From the 6 year olds, to the teenagers, to the adults, to the grandparents we all LOVED it and are already looking to book again!!! Our unit was so clean and comfortable with ample sleeping for our large group. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware and eating utensils needed. Grocery store was close enough - a wonderful place!!

I have stayed at this house on two different occasions. Both times have been great! The house is very clean and well maintained. This house is great for a small group or a big group. The best part is the pool, which is always clean. Also, the sports court is entertaining.
