This 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath townhome can accommodate up to 9 guests and up to 13 with the assistance of 2 air mattresses. A king bed, 43" UHD Samsung TV, private balcony with two chairs, and private bathroom in the master suite; a king bed and 55" UHD Samsung TV in the second bedroom; two twin bunk beds with a trundle in the third bedroom; and a queen sofa sleeper available in the living room. Battle each other on the X-Box One, have a family game night from the dozens of games provided, and have a delicious barbecue with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen!

Located in Zion Village Resort in Hurricane, this townhome has quick access to grocery shopping, restaurants, museums, emergency clinics, and is only 25 minutes from Zion National Park! Dine in at Lonny Boy's BBQ, let the kids run around at one of the local parks, and even go view a new release at the movie theater!

We loved our stay. The home was clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable and we appreciated the quick communication and how accomodating the staff was. My only suggestion would be blinds on the balcony door. The sun came right in if we wanted to go to bed early. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back. Thank you

Came all the way from olympia Washington to visit zion and bryce canyon. House was perfect for coming back too and also just relaxing, love that there was a pool and the location to everything was amazing and worked so well for us! Will definitely be coming back.booking the home was also very easy and not complicated either!

Perfect Sand Hollow Getaway

Excellent place to stay! We had two families stay here and everyone fit great. Place provided all things needed in kitchen, bathrooms, and extra blankets. Host answered questions we had promptly. Swimming pool was really nice and kept kids entertained. Sand Hollow was 10 mins away for some fun boating/paddle boarding in the warm water. Would recommend to everyone.

Prefect spot for Zion

Hurricane is about a 35 minutes drive from Zion so we used this place as our home base. It was perfect. It was well stocked with toilet paper, soap, travel size shampoo and conditioner. Master bedroom has a little outdoor deck area (on the second floor) which was nice to sit out and enjoy the sunset. They also kept various spices, sugar, cooking oils, etc from other guests which was nice that you didn’t have to purchase those things. Plenty of coffee filters. We left what we knew would hopefully be used by the next family. Aster bedroom and guest bedroom had very comfortable beds. Our only complaint was that the bunk beds were super uncomfortable. Our teenagers enjoyed lounging at the pool after a long, hot morning hiking in Zion. We were able to hike in Zion and took at day and went to Bryce Canyon which was just over a two hour drive, but didn’t feel like it. I would also recommend dining at River Rock Roasting Company in La Verkin! They have outdoor dining overlooking the Virgin River. While the breakfast looked equally yummy, we were there for dinner. It’s a perfect little casual, local, restaurant. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Space, Great Pool

We really enjoyed our stay. The complex is very nice as was the unit. It is exactly like the pictures. Every time we had a question, we quickly got a response. If I had to say a negative, it would be the location - as it is 20 mins from the park, and there is no town within walking distance.

New Condo Beautifully Decorated

This property was beautiful. Beds very comfy and plush. Master bedroom and bath were very plush! Balcony outside Master was a plus to watch the sunset. Queen with walk in closet shares bathroom with Bunk room for kids which included toys and games. Kitchen wonderfully equipped. Icemaker, gas stove, micro, etc...BBQ downstairs patio with furniture. Everything you could wish for. Blankets to cozy up on the couch. Towels for Pool! Netflix for movies. Basket of goodies for guests at check in. Pool outstanding for kids and adults with game room (pool table, and foose ball.) with community kitchen. Complete Gym. Hot tub. Called the office to report a few things while there: Being new, it still had a few things that needed fixing. The dishwasher kick plate was not secured onto the baseboard, therefore it kept catching on the dishwasher door as we opened and closed it. We also had a problem with one of the curtain rods. Pool umbrellas didn't hold up to the high winds during our stay and only one was operational. This was by far one of the best outfitted condos I have ever stayed in. Once the kinks are all worked out, I imagine this condo will be booked. Definitely will return!

Beautifully decorated, new rental that is close to national parks. We took three different days trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon and North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We also enjoyed the pool and work out room. The management responded to our questions quickly.

Our family enjoyed very much the stay at this property in Hurricane, Utah. We found a clean well organized house in a very quiet location. This brand new complex retreat made us feel welcome and it was possible to rest very well and follow our own schedule. The house is equipped with all you need , from a full kitchen to games and pool table.

Slept very well and was clean. My kids had a blast at the pool. I wish that it was supplied with paper products and the construction nearby was a little annoying. The views from the patio made up for it!

A ton of room with very nice furnishings and games to play. We love ping pong so the TVs never were even watched the two days we were there. Day before we arrived a huge windstorm blew through and deposited a lot of dust in the pool. The couple in charge of the area were dilegently working past 10 at night vacuuming the dust out of the pool. Great sunken fire pit within the pool area. If not lit, just ask and they will light it up.

Wow!!! My husband and I had to find a last minute place to stay for our honeymoon as our other Airbnb fell through. Redsands was so quick to respond and accommodate us. It was the perfect condo and they were so thoughtful to make sure our experience was special. Quick to communicate, such a clean space with great kitchen accommodations. Red sands saved our honeymoon!

We loved our stay at the Zion Village townhouse. The house was luxurious, clean and provided a full equipped kitchen which was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub, the bbq and patio! Hurricane is a great base to explore Zion, red cliffs, sand hollow and snow canyon. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

I would give this 5 1/2 stars Best of Utah, IN Utah. My new home anyway from home! Anytime I am passing through the area I will see if this condo is available because it is the Best of Utah! My family and I stayed at the Best of Utah Condo in Hurricane and felt very homie and comfortable with all of many things provided at this condo. The condo is in an amazing location with wondrous views of the Red Rock of the surrounding area. It is very convenient to St. George and Zions National Park. The rooms are well decorated and each room has a prodigious and wonderful feel, providing my family with the comfort of home away from home. I would recommend staying at the Best of Utah home to anyone!
