We've stayed with Red Sands multiple times and they are always very welcoming and great at responding. The kids loved this house. Will definitely visit again in the future!

We had a great experience at this property! The house was very clean and the neighborhood was great. Very quiet and clean. Loved being able to utilize the garage too as we had E-Bikes we had to store. The inside of the house was well stocked and maintained. I highly recommend this property if you are straying in St George!

Perfect for Zion, Bryce & St. George

The property was extremely well stocked with linens, cookware, etc. It had everything as advertised and worked great for our 3 week stay. Our only suggestion would be some type of storage (dresser) in the master bedroom so you could unpack your suitcase. Red Sands handled all our needs perfectly. Would definitely rent again should we visit the area!

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood

Instructions to enter/exit the property were clear. Property Manager was very responsive to text messages. Conveniently located for what I needed to do. Appreciated the garage and backyard. Closet space in the MBR and lotion would've been nice.

The house was fantastic, clean and very well appointed with everything we needed. The best we have rented. The kitchen was stocked with exerything we needed to cook, including spices and we easily prepared meals. There were DVD's and games for the kids which was excellent. The service from Red Sands was great, they responded to all communication promptly and satisfactorily. We are planning to stay here on our return to Washington, we come 1-2 times per year. The

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful!

by Karl 2021-05-22

Our stay here was perfect. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with an impressive amount of small appliances, dishes, tools, and utensils. Everything we looked for, we found. The bedrooms are good sizes and the master bedroom is huge! The bathrooms are beautiful and clean and I personally loved the shower in the master. The living room has a super comfy, extra large sectional sofa with recliners and usb charging built in. The ottoman is FULL of games and puzzles. (We enjoyed the 300 piece beach puzzle.) We used the patio out back throughout the day. The table out there is perfect for breakfast as well as dinner. The way the home sits provides shade in the morning, and the neighboring homes provide shade in the evening - perfect for St George hot weather! We even used the grill out there and were happy to have that as an option. Some of the smaller details that I liked were the privacy offered by the patterned glass in many windows, the higher ceilings, an open roomy feel throughout, and the plushness of the towels. Towels matter. We had a full house and everyone enjoyed their stay. You better believe we visited the pool (and hot tub) daily, and usually more than once. We will be back!
