Great Place for Family Retreat

by Jason 2026-06-08

5/5

This was a great location for a family retreat. The bedroom layout was great for our needs and the home is kid friendly. The pool was enjoyable for both kids and adults. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful visit

by Ruth 2025-04-21

Beautiful home very convenient location to stores, gas station, restaurants and the freeway. The home was clean, comfortable and a lot of space for my family. Easy check in and check out as well as good communication. Will definitely book another stay soon. Thank you Red Sands Properties

Very Good

by Debbie 2025-03-01

Had a great time. The house almost had everything we would need.

Debbie, thank you so much! We are so glad that you had a great time and if there was anything we can add to make it even better, please let us know ☺️

Great home, great service - beds could be better

by Ethan 2024-12-29

The home was perfect for our large party and the hosts were wonderful to work with. The amenities were better than I've come to expect from other rentals. My only complaint would be the beds. The sheets would not stay on the dang things, which resulted in waking up in the morning to find yourself tangled in a sea of white.

by Judy 2024-10-23

Our ladies soccer team thoroughly enjoyed our stay. These houses are perfect for a large group. It has plenty of kitchen amenities, televisions everywhere and close to many varied outdoor activities.

Second year same spot

by George 2024-10-17

9 members of senior mens volleyball tram enjoyed our stay for the second year in a row. Its great for anytime, just dont book it during the Huntsman game cause then it's "our home".

by Grant 2024-07-23

The townhouse was great and the service was excellent. Very quick response on questions.

by Debbi 2024-06-25

This house was perfect for our family get-away. Plenty of room for everyone, very well equipped for all our cooking needs, and the beds are soooo comfy! The ping pong table in the garage was a BIG hit. Will definitely stay here again soon. Thanks for help making our trip so great!

This home was beautiful!! I enjoyed it. Very Clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay!

by Jan 2024-06-10

The house had everything we needed. It was clean, the layout was nice, we had space for everyone and it wasn't far from stores or shops. The owners were responsive, helpful and very kind. The pool was clean, kept up and accommodated our little ones as well as our teenagers. They loved the pickle ball courts. They might have stayed on them all day long if not for the St. George heat. We had a blast and can't wait to return. Thanks so much!

Fun Place

Fabulous House and Amenities! Can't wait to stay again!

by Melissa 2024-01-18

We absolutely loved our stay here! The new pool and lazy river are so fun and HEATED all winter! The house is spacious with lots of seating inside and out, and plenty of fun things to do! This place is perfect for a large group and has a fully functioning kitchen, including all of the gadgets you might need! Perfect for groups with kids or adults only! We can’t wait to escape the cold and go back to sunny St George/Washington soon!

by Purvika 2024-01-02

Loved the home and the amenities provided (even laundry pods to enough fresh bags to pots and pans).

St. George Marathon

by Kendra 2023-10-10

This property is perfect for our family of 12. Very clean with plenty of room. We have stayed here for the past 2 years for the Marathon. Great location with easy access to Sand Hollow, Zion's and St. George. Thank you Red Samds!

by Allen 2023-03-26

It was a very clean and comfortable place. Had everything we needed. We loved sitting around and watching the NCAA'S. Best place we have stayed at in the last several years.

Fantastic place to stay!

by Melissa 2022-10-13

Everything was clean and in good condition. We loved that we were so close to so many fun things, Zion, Sand Hollow, St George all very close. We noticed the pool going in and will definitely be back when it’s finished! Perfect place for family vacations!

Amazing Stay!

by Oleksa 2022-08-29

The house was very clean and neat. Very spacious for our group of 10. We used the kitchen the whole stay and it was wonderful. Back patio was great to sit around and enjoy the beautiful weather. We loved to stay up late and have ping pong tournaments in the garage area. Plenty of beds and space for all of us to be comfortable. 10/10 experience for everyone. Will be staying here again. Thank you Red Sands!

May 12-16 stay

by Allen 2022-05-17

Everything was perfect. The children wanted to "stay here forever". The upstairs living room was the perfect place for nightly Mario Cart challenge with 7 people on the sofa. The pickle ball courts are high quality. The paved trails actually go under the highway and the freeway to numerous mountain biking trails with amazing scenery. This is a very comfortable property with all needs covered.

Something For Everyone

by Kyle & Wendy 2022-03-10

Excellent Review Title Something For Everyone Your Comments We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property! From the fully-appointed kitchen to the roomy bedrooms to the surprise ping pong table in the garage, our family of various ages was happily accommodated. Along with on-property pickleball courts (which we fully enjoyed), we had access to the nearby community center with a lap pool, splash area for kids with dump buckets and an epic slide, and a basketball court. We also noticed the beginnings of a pool being installed next to the on-property pickleball courts and can’t wait to come back to enjoy having that, too, as it will be just a short walk across the street. For those who just wanted to relax, there was a nice patio in the back yard. Each of the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and TVs. The bathrooms were big and bright with plenty of room to spread out toiletries. We all agreed that the condo was well decorated without being overwhelmed with knickknacks which inevitably get moved or broken. Because of this, we felt free to spread out and feel at home. The location is also perfect. We were within minutes to nearby shopping, gas, groceries and trails. Overall, each person in our party gave two thumbs up. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy all St. George has to offer.

Perfect family gathering place~

by Jennifer 2022-01-01

We used this as a "meet in the middle" for two family reunions of 15-21 people. It gave every family a room, plus a kid room for the bigger kids. Everyone had their own space, but we were all together for family eating, games, and activities. The house was beautiful and functional! There was plenty of space and everything (the kitchen, bedding, games/activities) was well stocked. We loved our time there and would highly recommend it!

Awesome, clean and fun stay

by Gina 2021-10-13

Clean house, very comfortable beds (in ALL rooms!) Easy to communicate with management Keyless entry was easy and convenient Ping pong table and more games in the home; pickle ball and trails in short walking distance Well stocked kitchen

Very nice

by Analaine 2021-08-22

Super organized and clean! Host reached out to us as we went through the weekend to make sure we checked in ok and if we needed anything! They also reached out when we were checking to make sure we knew what we needed. They were easy to get ahold of if we had any questions! Very very nice!

Perfect getaway!

by Sarah 2021-05-04

We had a wonderful time staying here. There is plenty of room to sleep and to hang out, and the beds are so comfortable. We had 4 couples and 4 kids and we all had so much fun and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The location is quiet and close to everything you would need. We were sad to leave! Will definitely be coming back here.

by Melanie 2021-04-03

The house was beautiful, very clean and perfect for our group. Whenever we needed help, we received help and answers right away from the property management team. It is a great place to stay!

Couples Weekend

by Lindsey 2021-03-09

5 Stars! We had a great stay with 5 couples and a baby. The beds were very comfortable and we had tons of room. We loved the firepit patio table and even had our own Ping Pong Tournament. Definitely Recommend!

We Will for sure be back!!

by Heather 2021-02-23

We like to visit southern Utah every year with my in-laws and with the group of kiddos that we have it’s sometimes hard finding places with seating, beds, and that isn’t in a big expensive mansion, this was perfect! Great usable space and close enough to Zion's. We will be back!

by Kim 2021-02-18

Very clean and new. Easy to get into and nice bedrooms and family area!! We had a great stay

by Paul 2021-02-08

We loved the home. It was perfect for our baseball/softball tournament stay. Everyone was comfortable. Had 20 people in the home with beds to spare. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great weekend.
