Visiting son at UT

by Brendon 2026-10-12

5/5

Wonderful home to stay. Clean, comfortably furnished, well cared for with amenities to stay for a weekend or a week. I like the ground floor location and view from the patio.

Amazing stay

by Angela 2026-04-09

This place was exactly what we needed for our vacation! We loved being on the bottom level and being close to the pool. We loved the extra outlets in every room to charge our devices. We will be back!

Enjoyable stsy

by Christopher 2026-01-06

Very pleasant environment despite the size of the resort - well laid out with a slightly Californian feel. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped.

Excellent

by David 2025-10-12

Condo was very clean, and matched the description perfectly. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again if we are in the area in the future.

Comfortable, quiet, and clean!

by Tim 2025-02-22

We absolutely loved our stay at Las Palmas. Our family found the accommodations very comfortable and clean. As well, the resort amenities were a hit with the kids. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we come back to St. George!

Beautiful location!

by Karen 2023-09-30

The condo is very beautiful, very clean, lovely furnishings, extremely spacious and has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The patio's amazing views of the desert landscape was wonderful for watching the sunrises and sunsets. Las Palmas has lovely pools, and is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and is a quick drive to downtown St George. The Zion National Park is a must see and only a 45 min, scenic drive away. I highly recommend staying at this unit.

We enjoyed our stay. We would return and stay here again. We have stayed in very similar condos less than a block away that were more updated and cheaper rates. The electronic padlock on the front door malfunctioned leaving us locked out at 10pm on a weekend. Luckily we were able to find another way into the condo but it was frustrating to have an issue like this. Other than these things we enjoyed our stay. Check-in and Check-out were simple and the condo had what we needed for the 2 nights we stayed here.

Wonderful Condo

by Ashley 2022-09-26

Clean, comfortable and great location. This condo was well stocked and had plenty of room for our group. My kids enjoyed playing a couple of the games stored in the condo and they loved having so many pools to choose from. The patio looks out to open space and was very peaceful and quiet. There were frequently rabbits and roadrunners visible out the back doors that my kids loved to watch. At the clubhouse we used the pool, pickleball, giant chess, playground/swings, and the pool table. We only stayed for a short weekend so we didn't venture out much, but there is an amazing kids park just a bit down the road (Thunder Junction) and easy access to groceries, dining, etc. The location is fantastic and this unit was wonderful.

Accommodating

by Nicole 2022-08-08

We have a lot of different ages in our family. We have a married daughter, teenager and 2 eleven year old boys. Everyone felt like they had space. It is on the bottom floor which actually was great! It has a great view and has a walking path. One of our boys sat and played with the rabbits hopping around the yard. It is a little older but clean and maintained. The club house and pools were a hit. We played basketball, pickle ball, swam at the waterfall pool and the playground pool with slides. The lap pool needed some TLC and cleaning. Overall everyone was happy!

Our stay in St. George's, Utah!

by Robert 2022-01-30

Our reason for going to St. George in January was to have a place to rehabilitate from hip replacement surgery for about ten days. The accommodations were very high quality and just about everything went according to plan. We loved the location with views to the mountains and excellent medical care in the area. The kitchen was fully equipped so that we could do all our own cooking with what was there. A home away from home!

by Lloyd 2021-06-25

It was a great time. The condo was perfect for our family. They responded to our emails and sent out what we needed. We will be back.

Large Unit and Easy Access to Outside

by Kirk 2021-05-21

Our family rented 3 units next to each other on the ground floor and that proved to be great for our family with 7 kids under 7. We didn't worry about stairs or traffic as the kids could go right out the backdoor and get on their bikes and hit the paths. There is also some decent grassy areas to play spike ball and other games. It felt like we had more privacy than I have felt in other locations in Las Palmas, yet we had easy access to all the amenities. The kitchen was supplied with adequate dinner and flatware, although nothing too fancy. The rooms are large and can accommodate a decent number of adults and kids. I recommend the unit highly.

Nice to enter a condo where everything is so neat and tidy

by Jack 2020-11-17

It is an excellent condo. Ground floor with a fantastic view. Regular visits by road runners & rabbits. The inside was very well kept & clean. We enjoyed our stay

Perfect for our needs

by Brent 2020-11-02

Perfect for our needs. It was well stocked and very clean. Being on the bottom floor was great For our group of four adults and one child., It was also fun to see the wildlife in the backyard, rabbits, road runners, etc.

Fantastic

by Sharon 2020-07-30

A wonderful place. Beautiful view, great location, comfortable space. Very nice kitchen and comfy master bed. We enjoyed every moment and will return to this location on our next trip.

Great View in St. George

by Jerry 2020-06-30

Nicely appointed with everything you need. Patio never gets the hot sun so you can enjoy the beautiful views all day. Great place - close to everything.

Great stay

by Verlene 2020-07-10

After being in quarantine with 6 kids since March it was nice to get away with a friend and enjoy this condo. There is plenty of room that I would be able to take all my family there sometime. It was really clean and convenient that I was able to cook my own food in a fully functioning kitchen. I really enjoyed my peaceful stay at this condo and look forward to spending time there again.

Great Stay

by Verlene 2020-06-26

Incredible! Desert Paradise!

by Rebecca 2020-06-16

This place was amazing! Gorgeous views and beautiful home. The pool areas were phenomenal. Everything was so perfect!

Ideal family get-a-way!

by Sally 2020-06-16

We are very happy to have found this condo in St. George that is perfect for our family of 4. The location on the ground floor with panoramic views looking over a valley and mountains (and some city lights) was great. The condo was immaculate and well equipped with clear instructions on kitchen gadget placement and light switches. Although we managed to have 3 cold rainy days in a normally sunny spot we were cozy and comfortable and made the most of our time here with hiking in Snow Canyon and bouldering (our two children) in Moe's. We hope to be able to return during warmer and sunnier weather!

Perfect!

by Morgan 2020-06-16

I've stayed at a few las palmas condos...this is the best so far! Clean, quiet, comfortable, the essentials in the unit.

Good Getaway

by Michael 2020-06-15

We were very pleased with the condo unit. It was clean, well stocked, in good working order and in a quiet location. The view from the patio was great. It was in a good location for general access to St George activities etc. We would rent again.

Great stay!!!

by Wendy 2020-06-15

Wonderful!

by Kathryn 2020-06-15

Wonderful! Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Can't wait to stay there again.

Beautiful updated condo with plenty of room for everyone!

by Amy 2020-06-12

This condo is beautifully updated and had plenty of room for everyone in my family, plus a friend or two. We loved the view and loved being on the first floor and sitting on the patio while the kids played in the grass and rode scooters. Check in and check out was super easy. We would stay in this condo again!

Great condo!

by Darci 2020-06-12

This condo was excellent for our family. Tall doorways, wide hallways, no stairs to access condo. Everything was very clean. Had a great stay, near to walk to pool, but not anywhere you'd hear noise. Very quiet and peaceful. We loved it.

Great place to stay in St. George

by Matthew 2020-06-12

We enjoyed the stay very much. The complex is very family-friendly. We would definitely come back.

Top Notch

by Bridger 2020-05-22

The condo was very clean, the pools were great, and their customer service was top notch!

Child Friendly

by Andrew 2020-05-22

The condo was great fit for our family. We had children ranging from 1-8 and the space was really nice but also very child proof and friendly. The double bunk bed with trundle was great for putting the kids to sleep. The resort amenities were awesome. Our kids LOVED the pools. Especially the water slides.

Great Views

by Ben 2020-05-22

This condo is well situated within the resort and it worked well for our needs. We really liked the view and the back patio on weekend days. We saw rabbits and lizards, and the kids really loved it. The pool access was wonderful and we really enjoyed having access to two different pool areas.

Fun vacation property with great access to southern Utah.

by Jessica 2020-05-22

Great experience staying here. Fully stocked kitchen, excellent kid room, fun clubhouse. The kids could have swam for three days straight and been perfectly happy. Hot tub was gross (looked like something was very wrong by the green color of the water) and the pool could have used a vacuum (sandy), but enjoyable, nonetheless! Would stay again.

Outstanding

by Ashton 2020-05-22

This was the perfect place for our first family vacation. Not only was the location amazing, but the place itself was outstanding. We will definitely be staying here again!
