Get away from the city noise and treat yourself to private enclosed side yard area for games, mature trees for added shade, and a deck with a private hot tub, fire pit, grill, fridge and views to die for. Lil Georgie has everything you need with enough room for everyone in your family to spread out and have the best vacation possible!
This new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home can comfortably sleep 16 people, so your entire family can enjoy the beauty of Southern Utah together. The kitchen is fully outfitted for comfortable cooking and dining, and there is a living room both upstairs and downstairs with large 4K HD TVs, Youtube TV is provided as well as a Nintendo Switch console with games loaded. The master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite with walk-in shower, and smart TV. The upstairs master bedroom has desert views, a king bed, an ensuite with a walk-in shower, and smart TV. Bedroom 3 with amazing mountain views has a queen bed, smart TV, and shares a bathroom. Bedroom 4 has two full-size bunk beds, two full-size trundle beds with twins beds on top. Last but not least, there is an upstairs patio deck to enjoy a delicious meal on the BBQ grill or enjoy your night in the beautiful private hot tub. Our private enclosed side yard is a place for your kids to safely play and for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful evenings. You will also have access to the clubhouse which has a lap pool, splash pad, beach entry dipping pool and weight room. There are lounge chairs and shady areas situated for a comfortable experience. The resort has a large park with two pickle ball courts for guest use. It s a great location for accessing the national and state parks in the area. Sand Hollow is just 5 miles away and Zion National Park is 30 miles to front gate.
